In Sitiawan, Perak, the late Dato’ Yu Neh Huat saw the potential to bring people together and help build a stronger future. Guided by trust, generosity and a deep commitment to the community, he established YNH Property Berhad in 1982 and began township development work in Sitiawan. From those beginnings, YNH expanded into residential and commercial developments across Perak, the Klang Valley and Genting Highlands.
