YNH Property Unveils Refreshed Leadership Team to Propel Next Phase of Growth

YNH Property Berhad has announced a refreshed leadership structure following its 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM), marking a new phase in the Company’s strategic evolution. The Board has appointed Yu Kai Leun as Group Managing Director, supported by Yu Kai Liang as Executive Director, while Dato’ Yu Kuan Huat continues in his role as Executive Chairman.

This leadership transition underscores the Board’s confidence in a strengthened management team to drive the Company beyond its governance remediation phase and sharpen its focus on execution, operational discipline and long-term value creation.

Kai Leun, who has served the Group for over a decade, brings extensive project lifecycle experience, having played key roles in landmark developments such as Kiara 163, Solasta Dutamas, 188 Suites KLCC and Lot 163 KLCC. Under his stewardship, YNH will prioritise delivery excellence, prudent capital management and selective pipeline rebuilding as market conditions permit.

The leadership changes also followed the AGM vote results, which saw a refresh of the Board composition. These adjustments are designed to empower management with clear strategic authority while maintaining governance continuity at the Board level.
